Responsibility：
Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Identify training needs across the organization through job analysis, employee feedback, performance reviews, and consultation with department heads. Design, develop, and deliver a variety of training programs, including leadership development, skills enhancement, compliance training, and professional development. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring the availability of relevant, up-to-date content and tracking employee participation and progress. Lead, coach, and develop a team of L&D specialists to ensure effective program delivery and support. Drive initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization. Monitor and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the organization's programs remain innovative and effective.
