Our client is a newly established family office with a focus on global equities and Web3.0 investment, as we actively pursue a fund manager's license. As part of this strategic expansion, they are seeking a seasoned BD Head to spearhead their outreach to global institutional clients, driving growth and establishing lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate relationships with industry clients, converting them into company clients or partners through diverse channels.
2. Conduct thorough market research to identify product and market demands, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends.
3. Stimulate customer growth through referrals, pinpoint user needs, and develop effective customer acquisition strategies.
4. Collaborate with various departments to engage targeted audiences in both offline and online events and conferences.
5. Oversee customer visits, manage existing client relationships, ensure customer retention, and manage the entire client lifecycle.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 1 year of experience in Crypto institutional sales, with a preference for candidates with established resources; candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in high-net-worth B2B client sales will also be considered.
3. Exceptional coordination skills, an outgoing personality, adept at public relations, and possessing a service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
4. Strong business acumen, with excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in customer development, relationship management, and sales.
5. An overseas study or work background, with native in Chinese, fluency in English, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients in their native language.
6. A willingness to travel globally, adept at handling pressure, embracing challenges, and navigating complex interpersonal and event-driven situations.
7. Prior knowledge of financial asset management risk control and legal awareness is preferred.
