This role is pivotal in supporting our front-end customer managers, ensuring seamless client interactions and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: 1 .Assist in client onboarding and support post-engagement. 2. Manage client information through CRM systems for accurate record-keeping and analysis. 3. Act as the main point of contact for global clients, addressing daily needs and providing personalized service. 4. Facilitate internal communication to relay client feedback and product requirements. 5. Monitor client lifecycle, track attrition, and drive re-engagement initiatives. 6. Collaborate on client care activities to enhance loyalty. 7. Prepare and manage business negotiation contracts. Requirements: 1.Background in finance, economics, or management, with familiarity in Web3.0 is a MUST. 2. Strong attention to detail, excellent execution, learning, and team collaboration skills. 3. Native in Chinese and proficiency in English, with a global perspective and overseas experience preferred. 4.
