Spearhead the research and creation of advanced cryptocurrency investment strategies, including arbitrage, multi-factor models, CTA, and derivatives trading. 2. Oversee the execution of these strategies, refining algorithms to enhance efficiency and profitability. 3. Conduct thorough reviews of trading models, ensuring they remain effective and are adapted to evolving market conditions. 4. Develop and manage a robust risk management framework to safeguard the stability and security of our investment portfolios. 5. Engage with external investment opportunities, crafting strategies that align with our firm's objectives and risk appetite. Requirements: 1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial investment and trading, with at least 3 years in cryptocurrency markets. 2. A proven track record of successful trading and a deep understanding of quantitative strategies. 3. A bachelor's degree or higher in finance, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline. 4.
