Our client is a Hong Kong-listed chain brand in healthcare and medical industry. Due to the needs of business development, they are actively recruiting a head of Investor Relations to based in Guangzhou / Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute strategic IR initiatives to enhance the company's image and relationships with investors. 2. Provide financial analysis and insights to support investment decisions and corporate strategy. 3. Lead the preparation of investor presentations, reports, and other communication materials. 4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate investment processes and resource allocation. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with venture capital and private equity firms. 6. Oversee the establishment and maintenance of financial models for investment analysis. 7. Ensure the highest standards of professional ethics and confidentiality in all dealings. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience from Bulge Bracket Investment Bank, with a preference for candidates with experience in the medical industry. 3. Exceptional communication skills, with fluent English language proficiency. 4. Proficient in the investment and financing process, capable of coordinating resources to advance execution. 5. Team player with the ability to quickly accumulate and mobilize internal and external company resources. 6. Strong analytical and research capabilities, able to independently construct financial models. 7. High level of professional ethics and awareness of confidentiality.
