Responsibilities: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and meet the hiring needs of the organization. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and make informed decisions to improve hiring processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources. Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to build a diverse workforce. Manage recruitment budgets and optimize spending to achieve cost-effective hiring solutions.
