RESPONSIBILITIES :
• The roles covering production operations for numerous product categories including HBSLG and FTW in multiple countries of production.
• Drive & lead a comprehensive operational strategy to drive the business-critical Speed & Agility projects such as KIPs, speed order, read and react order
• Foster collaboration cross-divisionally and share best practices
• Strategize on the best ways to achieve OT delivery and proactively work with team in HB, SLG & FTWR to review and ensure suppliers are tracking to expected production milestones, escalate risk & troubleshooting with T1 & T2 to ensure delivery and quality
• Champion the new 3 SSN operating model and revised calendar
• Focus on capacity planning, reviewing annual, seasonal and monthly capacities with factories. Develop tools and process to optimize both capacity utilization and cost savings opportunities
• Participate in all allocation decisions for FTWR, HB, SLG
• Owns liability usage and creates process for minimization of excess
• Manage information & effectively communicate internally & externally (T1, T2)
• Working with cross functional team to ensure actual lead times are in line with expectations, otherwise hold factory accountable
• Identify opportunities in Production Management for streamlined processes and create increased efficiency
• Implement key performance indicators and metrics to monitor factory performance, Measure supply planning KPIs to improve and/or maintain business objectives
• Identify production risks and develop swift migration strategies to minimize potential disruptions or delays
• Provide end to end supply chain visibility and diagnostics & predictive analytics
• Partner with the NYC Production Planning team members on Buy Ready, Quality issues, Lead-time and IMU Optimization
• Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify opportunities to improve visibility & transparency within the supply chain
• Work with manager and team to explore new manufacturing partners to support the needs of the business and explore new countries of production. Support onboarding of new T1.

EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Expertise in product life-cycle activities and development timelines within a fashion environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and results oriented manager with strong interpersonal, communication, and partnering skills
• Attention to detail and follow-up with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to effectively influence decision-making (internally & externally)
• Highly motivated, passionate and results oriented
