Design and execute product pricing strategies and sales policies, set sales targets, and supervise the execution by the sales team. 4. Coordinate internal resources, work closely with product development, marketing, event operations, and other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of commercialization projects. 5. Manage the commercialization team in overseas markets, set team goals and work plans, and enhance team performance and execution efficiency. 6. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of commercialization projects, adjust strategies and plans in a timely manner to ensure the continuous growth and profitability of the projects. 7. Regularly report to the company's senior management on the business situation, sales performance, and market trends in overseas markets, providing decision support and suggestions.
